Preview: Mthatha Bucks v CT All Stars
14 December 2015

Mthatha Bucks will be hoping to make it two wins in a row when they take on Cape Town All Stars in a Nedbank Cup qualifier on Tuesday afternoon.

The match takes place at the Mthatha Stadium, with kick off set for 3pm. Tickets are available for purchase at the Madeira Shell garage, R20.

Amathol’amnyama will be looking to make it an Eastern and Western Cape double as they head into Tuesday’s game boosted by their 1-0 in the Nelson Mandela Commemoration Cup against Chippa United last weekend.

This will be the second time the two clubs have met this season, with Bucks pushing Stars hard down in Cape Town before a goal by Mandilakhe Qambela seven minutes from time handed Igugu Lekapa a 1-0 victory at Athlone.

While this will be the third (second official) game in charge for new Mthatha Bucks head coach Velile Dyaloyi, Stars have a new man in the helm in the form of Ian Taylor, who replaced Dan Malesela.

The Cape side were boosted by a 2-1 friendly win over Ajax last Friday, but previous to that, managed just one point from their last three NFD matches.
