Bucks face major challenge in ascendant Eagles
6 November 2015

Mthatha Bucks’ NFD adventure continues this weekend when they host an on-form Royal Eagles at the Mthatha Stadium on Saturday, 3.30pm kick off.

Amathol’amnyama are of course looking for that elusive first victory of the season, Bucks currently needing five points to climb out of the relegation zone.

The NFD rookies will go into Saturday’s match with Sibusiso Mapompo (former club captain and current assistant coach) and McDonald Mukasi at the helm, after the club parted ways with head coach Julius Dube earlier this week.

Eagles meanwhile come into the game full of confidence, three wins and two draws in their last five matches having taken the KZN side to fifth spot on the table with 18 points, just a point off the play-offs.

Former Kaizer Chiefs striker Katlego Mphela has four goals for Eagles this season, while Siyanda Ngubo is another danger-man, having scored three goals in five matches.

In Bucks Team News, we are happy to have Ayanda 'Mabhuti' Luna #38 back to full fitness together with Moses 'Mara' Spandeel #11. They are now available for selection.

Tickets for the game may be purchased at Shell Garage, Madeira - opposite Total Garage. R20 Adults, while Kids and Students pay R10.
